(WORKOUT)
– [ ] Round back extension 3 sets of 15
– [ ] Leg press with band 3 sets of 10
– [ ] Cable squat variation: 2 sets of 10 close grip / 2 sets of 10 wide grip
– [ ] smith machine lunges 3 sets of 10
– [ ] Donkey kicks 2 sets of 15
