MY MORNING ROUTINE during THE QUARANTINE! If you’re at home or in quarantine (remember, #stayhome), you’re likely looking for some inspiration to keep yourself healthy and active even throughout this uncertain time. Here is the Miracle Morning routine I’ve been following every morning which includes meditation, affirmations, visualization, journaling, reading and exercise. Come GRWM! Try creating a habit tracker to ensure you keep up with this routine daily.

The book totally inspired me to create a beautiful morning routine to ensure I’m staying physically and mentally healthy throughout the quarantine. I’ve also been experiencing a lot of anxiety throughout this time, so this routine has helped me remain calm and incorporate some calming breathing practices into my morning. So (while you’re in self quarantine) I hope you love this quarantine vlog!
I’ve been following this routine for 1 hour (doing 10 minutes of each of the 6 activities), but if you’re in a rush you can even just do 1 minute of each activity and complete this morning routine in only 6 minutes! You can also change up the amount of time you dedicate to each activity based on your personal needs (for example, only do 5 minutes of affirmations instead of 10 and tack an extra 5 minutes onto your workout or another activity).
For my exercise routine, I’ve been doing dance cardio workouts from Obé Fitness. (If you’ve seen my dance videos on YouTube, you know that I love Obé!) Personally, I find dance cardio videos to be incredibly fun and they feel the least like a workout to me.
