Practice yoga with me for 10 days in a row with Mental Clarity series inspired by Headspace ✨

Each day I invite you to do three things:

1. Watch a short video from Headspace – each day I will put the link in the description below my YouTube video 📽

2. Practice yoga with me for 10-20 min. Each time we will focus on different posture or different part of the body 🐘

3. Do a 3, 5 or 10 min meditation with a timer or using a Headspace app. Headspace has free access to their Basics 1 course🧘🏾‍♀️
