Green tea and l theanine offer many mental health benefits. L theanine is a great nootropic for stress and mental clarity. My favorite way to consume l theanine is green tea. I love green tea and for me, it works the best for achieving a good mental state. L theanine is usually used in 100-200 mg doses, but I have read some people taking even 700-800mg which I think is too much. I love green tea and l theanine, I will be probably forever using them for getting mental clarity and better focus.
