An article from CNN Health on August 4th, 2020 it is made plainly obvious the most deadly epidemic that the United States has ever faced is the obesity epidemic. Doctors and scientists in the article discuss how obesity effects the effectiveness of vaccines for most diseases. They expect the Covid 19 Vaccine to be not different. Vaccines are less effective on obese people. With over 42% of the US population being obese this threatens the viability and effectiveness of the still not produced vaccine
