Hey everyone! Here’s another girls trip to the glute lab in SD with Brett “The Glute Guy”! This was a shorter vlog but got the workout so ya’ll can give it a try!:)

Glute workout

Hip thrusts 4 sets 15-20 reps hold at top for 10 seconds last rep

Nordics 3 sets for 5 reps

T-bar squats 4 sets for 15-25 reps

3 minute burnout with bands non stop

45 seconds side to side steps

45 seconds abductors

45 seconds hip thrust knees pushed out

45 second squat hold with knees pushed out
