This is the first 2 weeks of my fitness journey. It hasn’t been easy. Ive been over eating, working out so much. But ive also noticed improvements on myself. I lost 1 inch around my thigh, which is one of my problem areas and I’ve very excited about that. I filmed on Halloween – it wasn’t so good. But Im still working hard and not giving up. KEEP GOING FRIENDS!!! We got this! So proud of the work I’ve put in so far on this fitness/ weight loss journey.
