Are we really doing this? We’re doing this. Hang out with me for a week + a physique update, goals update, and plans for leveling up my life ✨ A lil’ background for any new friends: I spent 2 years doing back-to-back-to-back bikini competitions and pushing my body to the limit (10/10 do not recommend) and was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis a few months after I stopped competing. Since then, I have taken a lot of time to let me body chill + recover, but there is still a lot of work to be done to get things to where they need to be!
