2017 and 2018 Classic Physique Olympia runner-up Chris Bumstead joins Dave Palumbo on the 2019 Iron Road to the Olympia, powered by Chemical Warfare.

Bumstead, who has been seen as one of the top candidates for the Classic Physique Olympia title since his first Classic Physique show, talks about dealing with a myriad of health scares (stemming from last year’s Olympia experience) and then – on top of that – suffering a recent hamstring injury.

Bumstead, who Dave Palumbo mentioned as someone who will “dominate this sport for the next decade” during the 2017 Classic Physique Olympia prejudging, describes the steps he has taken to this year’s prep in concert with maintaining his health. Coached by his brother-in-law IFBB Pro Iain Valliere, “C-Bum” talks about the level of care that Valliere puts into his contest prep.

Bumstead mentions that he wants to “show the world what he can do” when he brings his absolute best.
