Factors you should consider when you are on a journey to get fitter –

1. Is there an improvement in your fitness tests (like sit and reach, squats, etc)?
2. Is there an improvement in your waist to hip ratio?
3. Is there an improvement in your daily life (sleep quality, energy levels, constipation, bloating, sweet cravings, period pain, etc).
4. Is there an improvement in the blood reports for cholesterol/ BP/ Hba1c, etc?

Do not give more weightage to weight loss and ignore the above factors. This will ensure you are on the path to sustainable health and yes, also weight loss.
