After realising that I needed to test my FTP to know whether my cycling power zones were right, I decided to try Full Frontal. This brutal workout tests your Sprint Power, Maximum Aerobic Power, Anaerobic Capacity and Functional Threshold Power and gives you a 4DP rider profile so you can figure out what to focus your training on. It was HORRIBLE!!!
