Yoga for Breath and Clarity. Great practice to focus on inhalations and exhalations as you connect movement to breath. We practice inhaling at the top of extensions, and the bottom of movements. This practice moves into basic Sun Salutations and Vinyasas. This is all levels class with some parts of advanced sequencing.
