this is episode 9 of my 200 day fitness journey! Im so happy with how far I’ve come and I’m ready todo more! I lost 10 pounds AND I FEEL AMAZING!!! This is what I’ve been eating, and my workouts for 2 weeks! This was one of my most challenging weeks on the fitness journey. I kept over eating and not going to the gym. It was stressful and annoying. But I keep going. No matter what.. I KEEP GOING.
All though 10 pounds might not be a lot to some people, Its a lot for me. Even though these 2 weeks sucked, I’m still pound of how far I’ve come on my fitness journey and I’m excited to improve every day!
